Are you detail-oriented, self-driven, and have an eye for detail? Do you enjoy creating beautiful results while also testing new tools and methods? We are currently looking for an experienced and meticulous Smart Repair Technician for our client's newly opened facility in Arlandastad!

Your Role As a Smart Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our cars' journey. You will be responsible for the finishing touches – the details that truly make a difference. You will work on minor dents, polishing, color adjustments, and other "fine-tuning" before the car is ready for delivery.

You will be the first member of our new Smart Repair team and have a unique opportunity to help shape how we work – from methods to routines and workflows. You will be a key person who not only performs but also influences and develops our smart repair operations.

The position is 40 hours/week, with working hours from 07:00 to 15:30. Compensation consists of a fixed base salary.

• Experience working with your hands, preferably with a background in car detailing, painting, interior repairs, or leather work.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and structured.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team – you thrive with freedom under responsibility but are also socially adept and unpretentious.
• Not afraid to adapt – some days are intense, others calmer. You are flexible and solution-oriented.
• Curious about testing new solutions, methods, and tools – and enjoy contributing ideas.
