About the Role

Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring quality, safety, and innovation in vehicle development? As a Assignment Manager in complete vehicle testing, you will be the hub for a team managing a fleet of vehicles in both internal tests and on public roads.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate when deviations occur from information gathering to analysis.

• Gather the right stakeholders for effective decision-making.

• Drive root cause analyses and short-term actions, especially in safety-critical issues.

• Initiate investigations for new introductions and contribute improvements for the team.

• Ensure quick feedback from various workflows to keep projects on track.

Who are you?

We are looking for a curious and social leader who thrives in a varied everyday life where technology, analysis, and collaboration go hand in hand.

Requirements: Knowledge of vehicle architecture and components. Understanding of mechanics, mechatronics & software. M.Sc. in engineering or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills both orally and in writing in English, while language skills in Swedish and Mandarin are a plus. Analytical yet pragmatic, you know when “good enough” is sufficient. Hands-on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Preferred: Experience in root cause analyses. C/CE driving license. Familiar with working in safety-critical environments.
