At StickerApp, we like to have fun and we value creativity and curiosity. We are now looking for a Coordinator for our Packaging Department, which oversees Sticker Packs (one of our fastest-growing products).

• Manage and coordinate schedules for e.g. Sticker Packs, Sample Packs, etc.

• Ensure on-time deliveries by coordinating with Production, Shipping, Sales, and other departments.

• Schedule and support hourly staff, in collaboration with the Product Manager (recruitment, evaluation, communication)

• Monitor quality control of packaging materials (bags, headers, stickers)

• Assist with packing tasks when needed

• Continuously improve processes together with the Product Manager

• Oversee inventory and supplies and liaise with external vendors

• Previous production experience (a plus but not required)

• Organized, adaptable, and good at multitasking

• A team player who enjoys working with people and solving problems

• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment where things evolve quickly

• Temporary, full-time position based in Lomma

• Start: November 1, 2025, or by agreement

• End: February 2027
