We are now looking for someone who is passionate and creatively solution-oriented in your professional role. You appreciate order and structure in your work. It is also important that you notice details, appreciate historical buildings, and have a strong commitment.

In the role of property caretaker at Bjertorp Castle, you are responsible for the daily maintenance both inside and outside of hotel rooms, facilities, and the castle park. In consultation with the manager, you will design the long-term maintenance plan for the operating company's commitments. You will have contact with craftsmen, external suppliers, and be responsible for the technical maintenance of the company's machinery. Documentation and reporting/measurement of electricity, water, and heating/cooling consumption are done monthly.

You will also be responsible as the fire protection manager, SBA, and the locking system.

Experience: Several years of experience from similar tasks. Employment rate: 100%. Start date: October 15 or by agreement, interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
