Do you want to take the next step in your warehouse or production career and develop within a rapidly growing company? We are now looking for committed and solution-oriented shift leaders for our two shifts (06-15 and 15-23) to strengthen our team. You will be offered a varied job where you are responsible for both shift leadership and participation in the daily operations.

Responsibilities in warehouse, production, and leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team in production, picking, packing, and food warehouse management
• Actively participate in daily work, including loading and unloading as well as moving items in cold and frozen storage
• Ensure quality and delivery precision to customers in the retail sector.
• Resolve problems and quickly prioritize during sudden changes or increased customer demands
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the work environment

Requirements and qualifications for the shift leader position in warehouse/production

• Experience in warehouse work, production, or logistics is required
• Leadership experience and familiarity with shift work is an advantage
• Ability to handle stressful situations and keep multiple tasks in the air at the same time
• Forklift license is seen as an advantage, especially for shift leaders (A, B qualifications)
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Working hours and employment form

• This is a direct recruitment for our client. A probationary period applies
• Fixed shifts: day 06:00–15:00 or evening 15:00–23:00 (no rotation between shifts)
• Work on weekdays, but some weekend shifts may occur during peak season and larger orders
