 Job Responsibilities:

As a preparator, you are responsible for the preparation of connection matters and projects within local networks 0.4–24 kV for our customers' electricity networks. Your main tasks include:

• Conducting electrical investigations, field measurements, and land surveys
• Responsible for compiling material lists, work maps, and producing other preparation documents/technical descriptions as required by the assignment
• Creating cost calculations, including preparing the basis for these
• Based on the client's wishes, determining material requirements, calculating work hours, and compiling construction documents with documentation
• Updating the project's documentation during the assignment

The work involves a lot of contacts with clients, suppliers, authorities, landowners, and of course with our project managers and installers. Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who is structured and enjoys working independently. You have the ability to see the whole picture of a project without losing sight of the details. You communicate directly and clearly and have a well-developed social skill as there are many contact points. Accuracy and meeting deadlines are important to you. Since this is a newly established position, it is essential that you have previous experience with similar tasks and are self-sufficient.

Requirements:

• Relevant 3-year upper secondary education with an electrical engineering focus or equivalent education.
• A few years of experience in electricity distribution or preparation for distribution is highly meritorious.
• Driver's license B.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience with EBR and training in preparation is meritorious
