Here comes a unique opportunity to be part of our establishment in a new purchasing area! Do you have a passion for meeting people, creating business, and sharing your forestry expertise? Do you enjoy the thought of having nature and the forest as your workplace? Then this position could be the perfect match for you! We invite you to become part of our work for a sustainable future as a timber buyer. Here you will have the opportunity to not only develop long-term business relationships but also share your forestry knowledge with our forest owners!
With us, the forest, people, and businesses grow.
We are now establishing ourselves in a new geography and are looking for a timber buyer who wants to be part of our team in the Local Purchasing function. As a timber buyer, you will play a central role in promoting active, profitable, and environmentally friendly forestry among private forest owners. You will become a valuable member of our team where we work together to achieve high quality in the service we provide to our customers. At the same time, the role will require independent work that includes fieldwork, meetings with forest owners, and office work. You will be working in new territory, where the main focus will be on creating new business and building strong customer relationships. The job offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to plan and manage your workday.
Your daily work involves active contact and dialogue with private forest owners. By listening and understanding their needs, you will be able to offer our versatile services in areas such as logging and forest management. You are also an important cog in the internal process that ensures our commitments to customers are fulfilled as agreed. Thus, you become the link between our company and the forest owners, making your role both rewarding and significant.
We will open a new office in southern Jämtland where you will be based, and your work area will include the municipalities of Östersund, Ragunda, Ånge, and Bräcke. You will report to the Market Area Manager for Local Purchasing.
