Customer Manager at Svenska Skogsplantor at Sveaskog

Right now, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Manager for our business area Svenska Skogsplantor at Sveaskog. In this role, you will work to ensure the quality of forestry services and build long-term relationships with contractors and customers. Job responsibilities:

• Work together with the customer manager to meet the forestry needs of customers
• Create and maintain market contacts within your area of responsibility
• Assist in contract negotiations with customers
• Receive and carry out forestry assignments
• Maintain contact with contractors and distributors
• Conduct quality follow-ups in the field
• Participate in the procurement of contractors
• Organize customer activities such as forestry days and trade fairs
• Participate in the sale of plants and assignments
• Initial meetings with contractors and business development discussions
• Maintain business systems

About you:

We are looking for someone with post-secondary forestry education or equivalent experience. You are service-oriented, flexible, and have a customer-focused mindset. Experience in marketing and sales is a plus. As a person, you are independent, structured, and have the ability to build long-term business relationships. We prefer if you are curious, interested in the forest and people, and have a strong drive of your own.

Location and start date:

The position is located in Southern Norrland with a start date to be agreed upon. You will operate from Sundsvall in the east to Östersund in the west and to varying extents in the north and south.
