We are now looking for individuals with experience in supplier quality control, SQE/SQA to join our team at Sourcian Partner AB. To meet potential customer demands, we would like you with the right experience to contact us.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you are an important link between our customer and suppliers. 

You build strong relationships, follow up on suppliers' work, and ensure that the right specifications and requirements are met throughout the supply chain. With your expertise, you strengthen both deliveries and customer trust.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Qualify suppliers and their manufacturing processes
• Review and follow up on supplier documentation
• Drive deviation management together with suppliers – from root cause analysis to corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct supplier assessments and risk analyses
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the supply chain

Examples of key competency requirements:

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry, preferably with a supplier focus.
• Interest in and experience with production, design, quality, or purchasing.
• Good understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and/or industry-specific requirements such as EN 9100, IATF 16949, or CE marking.
• Experience with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, or PPAP.
• Familiarity with working with international suppliers and understanding cultural differences in supplier collaborations.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
