Sales and Service Staff for Actic Skövde We are looking for more employees for our facility Actic Arena Skövde.

As a Sales and Service Staff, you are a source of inspiration for our members, spreading joy and energy while working to create the best possible customer experience by being present and helpful. To thrive in this role, you enjoy varied tasks.

You will:

• Stand at the reception and assist our members with training and membership inquiries
• Be responsible for ensuring that the facility and equipment are in top condition and that it is clean and fresh by cleaning
• Work with sales, primarily membership sales, and encourage our members to utilize our entire training offerings

To succeed in this role, you have

• Turned 18 years old
• A strong interest in fitness and health
• A great interest in people and service
• The ability to work varied hours such as days, evenings, and weekends
• Experience in sales and/or customer service is an advantage
