About the Position

Do you have several years of experience working in a workshop and are looking for a new challenge? Then the role of workshop coach might be for you. The workshop coach position is a challenging and stimulating job for those who enjoy supporting and developing others in their work. Your tasks will include answering various questions that the mechanics have about their work tasks and advising them on matters related to spare parts. You will be their second hand and also handle the workshop's administrative tasks, such as invoicing customers, warranty management, contact with suppliers, and purchasing spare parts. Since you will manage the workshop's administration, we see that you are structured, organized, and solution-oriented. You will have the opportunity to develop at one of Sweden's most prominent companies in car sales, which purchases cars of all possible brands. Therefore, you should have broad knowledge of cars and car parts and a willingness to learn even more.

Your Profile

In order to succeed in the role of workshop coach, we see that you:

Have a few years of experience as a mechanic/spare parts dealer/service technician.
Have worked with administration to some extent.
Have good computer skills as you will be working in various business systems.
Speak Swedish and English fluently.
Have a B driver's license.

Have previously worked in spare parts systems.
