We are looking for a Repair Technician who will work to take care of our properties and customers in the best possible way. As a Repair Technician, you will be part of our repair team within the Management and work in one of our areas. You will be based at our area office in Storvreten.

Responsibilities

As a Repair Technician, your duties include addressing and documenting incoming faults in our apartments as well as being responsible for orders and follow-ups on completed work. The position also includes simpler plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and electrical work, which means that the repair technicians have a lot of contact with our tenants and subcontractors.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a high school education and preferably experience in the property sector. If you have specialized knowledge in plumbing or carpentry and general knowledge in electrical work, that is an advantage. We also prefer candidates who are multilingual. A driver's license is required. As a person, you are meticulous and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and are also self-sufficient in your work.
