Warehouse Worker/Administrator at Gamla Uppsala Buss

We are now looking for a warehouse worker/administrator to strengthen our team at our state-of-the-art depot with a workshop in Fyrislund. At Gamla Uppsala Buss, you will be part of a community where we care for each other. We want you to feel good and secure with us.

In this role, you will work in a shared position as a warehouse worker and provide administrative support for our technical department. As a warehouse worker in our workshop, you will collaborate with both the workshop and our suppliers. This means you will pick spare parts and accessories for our mechanics, place orders and collect spare parts, as well as manage inventory and stocktaking as needed. Your responsibilities include maintaining high quality and working efficiently with good communication. As an administrator, you will support the workshop and primarily work on completing documentation and work orders.

Being part of our team means you take responsibility and are a natural team player, but can also work independently, where personal accountability for quality and performance is of utmost importance.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

• You have a B driver's license.
• You have good computer skills.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Similar experience in warehousing and/or administration
• Previous work experience in service
• Forklift license

Gamla Uppsala Buss (GUB) is one of Sweden's largest publicly owned bus companies and is currently owned by Region Uppsala. The company is environmentally certified according to ISO14001:2019. Our main activity is to operate city bus traffic in Uppsala on behalf of Region Uppsala. Other parts of the operation include patient transport with special vehicles, stop service, and rental of mobile preschool buses. The company currently has about 580 employees. The technical department manages over 200 vehicles. Maintenance is carried out in our own workshop, body and paint workshop, and service hall. We currently have 25 people working in the workshop.
