At our facility in Södertälje, you will become part of a team of about 30 colleagues with present and coaching leadership.

Job Responsibilities

As a Driver, you will be our face to our customers, and we work according to the Sortera Way, which means that we always have a high level of engagement with our customers and colleagues. Your main focus will be to drive a vacuum truck to the customer, and once on-site, you will solve the customer's challenges. Primarily, these are businesses such as construction companies and industries, but it can also be private individuals who need our help. Sometimes you will work at heights and sometimes in tight spaces, which is something you need to be able to handle. Your work environment may also be dusty, and there may be gases and similar substances that are dangerous to breathe in, which is why we work with full and half masks when required. We care deeply about your safety and your work environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A C driver's license
• An interest in a practical profession
• The ability to work independently and in a team
• Good physical condition, as the work can be demanding
• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Working hours may vary but are usually Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

After the introduction, you will be based at our department in Södertälje and report directly to our Site Manager Giga. In the team, you will have over 30 fantastic colleagues. You will also collaborate with our other Transport Managers stationed in both Södertälje and Rosersberg. Our Transport Managers have several years of experience in the industry and know the challenges you may face in your work, making them a great sounding board for you as an employee.
