We are recruiting for an exciting company in health technology that develops advanced equipment and operates its own clinics. They combine hardware, research, and development to create a new type of healthcare experience. Engineers, production, and R&D work closely together in a modern environment where ideas are quickly tested and new solutions are built. The company is growing rapidly and now needs someone to create structure and order in the material flows as they scale up.



Job Information

Professionals Nord is seeking a material and inventory specialist in collaboration with our client. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for the client during the first 6 months. The goal is for you to transition into a permanent position with them, provided that the collaboration works well for all parties. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the reception, storage, and dispatch of materials run smoothly. You will prepare assembly kits, ensure that everything is correctly labeled and traceable, and make sure that production always has the materials needed. You will be based at the headquarters just north of Stockholm and work closely with both production and R&D, in a team that values order, structure, and collaboration.

Examples of tasks:

  • Organize inventory and improve material flows
  • Prepare complete assembly kits including inspection and documentation
  • Ensure that materials are traceable and correctly labeled
  • Propose and implement smarter work routines

We are looking for someone who
  • Has experience in inventory and material management
  • Has good computer skills, preferably experience with ERP or MRP systems
  • Preferred: experience from medtech, electronics, or regulated production, forklift license, or knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP
