You will step into an organization with a clear structure and high ambitions where the goal is to build one of the market's best print warehouses. Agreements and systems are in place, and you will become part of a dedicated and cohesive team that works together long-term.
The role involves close collaboration with the head office in Årstadal, where you will be on-site approximately once a quarter, creating good relationships and clear lines of communication. The company is part of a smaller group with about 100 employees, where you will be visible, take on responsibility, and have a real opportunity to make an impact.
The role is evenly divided between purchasing/administration and operational warehouse work.
In the administrative part of the role, you will ensure that the right products are in place, at the right price and at the right time, which includes:
- Daily purchases of the company's products (prints and printers)
- Updating and maintaining the business system
- Monitoring orders, deliveries, discrepancies, and complaints
In the daily warehouse work, you will:
- Receive, check, and register incoming deliveries
- Ensure accurate inventory levels through ongoing inventory and follow-up
- Work with picking, packing, and handling customer orders
- Drive a forklift and manage other warehouse tasks
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and unpretentious, and who enjoys a varied role that combines administrative work with practical warehouse tasks. You are motivated by taking responsibility, working solution-oriented, and being involved in developing and improving work methods and routines in daily life.
You have good experience in warehouse work and are accustomed to driving a forklift. At the same time, you have also worked administratively, for example with purchasing, order management, or other related tasks, and feel comfortable working in business systems.
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Driver's license B
- Forklift license
Experience & Skills
- Several years of experience in warehouse work
- Worked administratively
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Understanding of how purchasing and warehousing affect the business

Location: Jordbro, Haninge
Scope: Full-time 37.5h work week
