We are now looking for a responsible and structured barista, preferably with a few years of experience in the industry, to join our team at Kulturbageriet!

Kulturbageriet is a café and artisan bakery with a passion for organic and small-scale products. We exclusively use natural ingredients, primarily KRAV-certified from Swedish farms. The food we prepare mainly consists of salads, soups, and sourdough pizzas. All food has a clear green profile where ingredients and flavors speak for themselves. All breads and pastries are baked with sourdough or levain as a base and are allowed to rise slowly before being baked in our large stone oven.

As a person, you are structured, good at prioritizing and planning, enjoy working proactively, and see the bigger picture in what we do. We work together in a small team at Kulturbageriet, and here we want and need to help each other, work across boundaries, and find solutions together to deliver both quality and hospitality of world-class.

We also see that you are good at taking your own initiatives, curious, and eager to learn and be challenged in your role.

The position is a permanent part-time role at 75% with a six-month probation period.

Varied working hours including weekends and evenings may occur.
