In your work, you will meet and communicate with customers, tenants, and colleagues, and the expectations on you as a person are high.

As the work is practical, practical experience such as a craftsman, property caretaker, or similar is advantageous.

You need to have technical competence and be a skilled problem solver, as well as be open to training and innovative thinking.

As our team of property caretakers is very driven and knowledgeable, it is required to have the qualities to want to grow and to give and receive positive/negative feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

A large part involves gardening and outdoor cleaning

Cleaning of entrances and courtyards

Patrolling with various self-checks

Lawn mowing and trimming

Basic handyman work

The assignment is in Gothenburg and surrounding areas

Qualifications and Knowledge:

Property maintenance

Practical experience and knowledge

Social skills

Flexible

Start according to agreement:

Requirements

* At least 18 years old

* Speaks and understands Swedish and English in both speech and writing,

* Experience in property maintenance

* Driver's license

Meritorious, property competence, technical and practical knowledge. Green care. Machine knowledge.
