Transformers is now seeking a supervisor field assembler, becoming an important part of Hitachi Energy. Do you want to help shape the energy solutions of the future? We are looking for you who want to join us on this journey!

How You Will Make an Impact

• Supervision of installations on all HVDC units manufactured in Ludvika around the world
• In this role, your tasks will consist of new installations and service of HVDC transformers and reactors worldwide.
• Service work on HVDC transformers as well as replacement of bushings
• You will be the face of Hitachi Energy and the last representative in the delivery.
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values regarding safety and integrity, which means you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background

• We are looking for someone with education or work experience in assembly and transformers/reactors
• Experience and willingness to travel and work independently as well as in a team
• To be successful in this role, you have previous leadership experience
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• You are proficient in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are innovative, have a desire to improve, and the ability to motivate others. It is important that you can handle changes with energy, joy, and commitment. You are also quality- and results-oriented with good communication skills and a flexible overall perspective.
