Are you an experienced planner with a sense of structure, analysis, and collaboration? We are now looking for a Device Object Planner for an important assignment where you will contribute to development, delivery, and maintenance within one of Sweden's most high-tech projects.

Here you will have the chance to work in a central role where planning meets innovation. You will be part of a competent team and work closely with various functions such as purchasing, production, program management, and material groups. The role offers you a unique opportunity to develop in a exciting technical environment and truly make an impact.

As a device object planner, your main tasks will be to:

• Plan and recommend device configurations for different aircraft individuals or batches

• Follow up and analyze changes in detailed planning

• Initiate completions of device configurations as needed

• Coordinate device needs and ensure correct handling in business systems (ERP and MRO)

In short – you will be the hub that ensures the right things are in the right place at the right time.

We believe you have:

• 3–7 years of experience in planning and logistical flows

• Good knowledge of development and production planning

• Very good Swedish & English, both spoken and written

• A strong analytical ability and a structured working method

• Experience working in business systems (ERP, MRO)

Extra plus if you have experience with Gripen or configuration management, as well as education in logistics.

We are looking for someone who enjoys having many contact points, who is communicative, proactive, and likes to work carefully and systematically.

Location: Linköping (on-site)

Scope: Full-time, 100%

Period: 2025-10-01 – 2026-10-02 (with the possibility of extension)

Security clearance: Mandatory according to current regulations
