Aimpoint is a world-leading company that develops and manufactures red dot sights. They are expanding rapidly and now need reinforcement for their team in Malmö. Here, you will work in a precise and process-oriented flow, where your contribution is crucial for the quality of the products.

As an assembler or operator, you will work practically in a structured production environment. You will rotate between stations and work on tasks that require concentration, precision, and fine motor skills.

Working hours – shift work:

• Week 1 (Morning): Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:20, Friday 06:00–12:00
• Week 2 (Afternoon): Monday–Thursday 14:20–22:40, Friday 12:00–18:00

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with precision and quality. If you have hobbies or experiences where fine motor skills play an important role – such as makeup, model building, gun maintenance, electronics, or gaming – that is a big plus.

You likely have:

✔️ Good dexterity

✔️ Ability to focus for extended periods

✔️ Structure, precision, and a good workflow

✔️ Willingness to learn and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace

🔹 Are at least 18 years old

🔹 Speak and write fluent Swedish

🔹 Are prepared to show a criminal record extract
