We are now looking for you, our new Head Waiter for our main restaurant Archie's!

We are now looking for someone who wants to take on the role of head waiter and become a part of our fantastic team at Archie's! 

Archie’s is our main restaurant, the Heart and soul of Jacy’z – the brasserie where every dish is prepared with heart and soul. It’s all so delish! Archie’s buzzes from morning to night. On weekends, we serve brunch that satisfies all cravings, and when the evening comes, our brasserie truly comes to life and invites you to a dinner that is as thoughtful as it is relaxed.

This will be your primary workplace, but also in other departments depending on needs and guest flow. At Jacy’z, we work with the approach “one house one team” to create strength, efficiency, and development.

Our goal is to create world-class experiences and memories for life for our guests.  In the role of head waiter, you are the face of the guest in the dining room and are responsible for the guest experience. You work with food and beverage combinations, a la carte, hotel packages, and conferences. You take responsibility for your tasks, realizing how important you are for the guest to have a fantastic experience with us through your work and attitude, always with positivity and a twinkle in your eye. • Table placement and guest reception with a professional and warm welcome.
• Leading and coaching the service team to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• Continuously working with and developing the service concept together with the restaurant manager.
• Ensuring that service and food presentation always meet our high standards.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure effective communication and a smooth workflow.

About the position

Employment type: Permanent 75% (day/evening & weekend) Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by arrangement

You are outgoing and enjoy interacting with people. You have an eye for detail and can handle multiple priorities. You are solution-oriented and can handle challenges with calm.

In addition, we believe you need:

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• A passion for service and guest satisfaction.
• A genuine commitment and interest in food and beverage experiences.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Flexibility to work uncomfortable hours, including evenings and weekends.
