About the position

In this role, you will work in the hotel reception. Work hours vary between 50-70%.

As a receptionist, you are responsible for providing the best possible service to guests and are passionate about the interaction between people. You will work in an engaged service team at the heart of the hotel, thus having the joy of being our guests' first contact and impression of the hotel while also being responsible for the feeling when guests leave us. As a receptionist, you have a strong sense of service and quality as well as a keen interest in upselling. You should be motivated by turning challenges into opportunities – no day at a hotel is the same.

We are looking for someone who preferably has experience in similar work. In the role of receptionist, you will welcome guests with great joy and a high level of service. You enjoy working with guests, finding solutions, and providing the very best service so that all our guests are satisfied and want to return to us.

You need to have the willingness to juggle many tasks while always prioritizing your service to the guest and maintaining a high standard. At our hotel, we take care of our guests and ensure they have a fantastic experience with us.

Qualifications and personality

As a person, you are responsible, engaged, positive, and structured. You show passion, inspiration, and care in your way of being. Furthermore, you have a good ability to prioritize even under stressful working conditions. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite; additional languages are a merit. You are solution-oriented and creative, social, and skilled at communicating and collaborating. About The Wood Hotel By Elite On October 14, 2021, we opened The Wood Hotel in one of the world's tallest wooden buildings. In the 20-story wooden building, we have 205 modern hotel rooms, a large conference hall for up to 1200 people, several conference and meeting rooms, three restaurants, as well as a sky bar with a rooftop terrace and a VANA spa with a spectacular panoramic view. Practicalities:

• Working hours: Varying between 07:00-22:00 weekdays and weekends
• Scope: Employment rate, permanent. A 6-month probationary period applies.
