MoveTech is in the midst of an exciting growth journey. We have already established a strong position in e-commerce for industry, warehousing, and offices – but we want more. To take the next step, we are now looking for you: an engaged and present COO who, with a heart for leadership, wants to build structure, drive change, and help shape the future of a company where responsibility, drive, and warmth permeate everything we do.As COO, you will have operational leadership in your hands. You are the driving force and compass in everyday life – responsible for both results and people. You will lead sales meetings, create growth strategies, and ensure that the entire chain – from purchasing to delivery – flows smoothly. But your role doesn’t stop there. You are also a culture bearer, relationship builder, and leader who creates direction and engagement. In everything you do, you carry our sustainability perspective – where “second hand first” is not just a thought, but a natural direction in how we build brand, business, and future. You always keep the big picture in mind: you understand the connection between well-being, performance, and business, and work proactively to ensure that the team contributes to both customer value and profitability.
- Drive the business forward: You ensure that we have the right processes, routines, and working methods in place to enable and ensure profitable growth.
- Follow up and drive key metrics: Keep track of revenue, contribution margin, inventory turnover, and sales targets.
- Strengthen our e-commerce platform: Together with partners, develop and refine our e-commerce so that it becomes even more user-friendly, efficient, and converts to sales.
- Lead with presence and warmth: Develop teams and individuals through close, coaching leadership – and shape a work environment where responsibility, care, and engagement allow people to thrive and grow.
About you We are looking for a secure leader who appreciates details as much as the big picture. You collaborate closely with our CEO, where you are an important support in both operational and strategic matters – while being a present leader for the team. Loyalty is important to you, and you easily adapt to what is required in the moment, regardless of the time of day or where in the organization it happens. You move effortlessly between operational everyday tasks and long-term direction, leading with both clarity and warmth, and are equally engaged in people as in processes. And most importantly: you want to be part of building something really great – together.
- Have experience as a sales manager or another relevant role within e-commerce companies.
- Have been a key person in a growth journey and are ready to do it again.
- Have a strong sustainability perspective – both as a natural part of the business and a value that drives you.
- Have experience with personnel responsibility and salary-setting management.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
