Svensk Skadereglering is part of Geomatikk Group - a leading player in field services and technology solutions that protect critical infrastructure in the Nordics and Spain. We combine domain expertise with technology to streamline claims management and create value for our customers. We are now investing in developing our Nordic claims management business - do you want to be part of the journey?

As CEO of Svensk Skadereglering, you will lead the company through its next growth phase. This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with operational contributions to create and develop the business, create synergies, define and implement a Nordic growth strategy with a primary focus on the Swedish market. You will have a significant mandate to shape the company's future. We are looking for someone with experience in leading with a business focus, preferably from an organization operating in a Nordic market where you have had both strategic and operational responsibilities. You are skilled at creating business, have an understanding of Nordic business cultures, and enjoy working closely with customers and employees. This is a role with freedom and responsibility - you get to put your stamp on the business and build your own network within the group. Travel is a natural part of the job, and overnight stays may occur. In addition to your salary, we offer a performance bonus and a company car.

Qualifications:
