About the job as Operations Coordinator / Team Leader: We need to expand our team at the heart of the operation - production at our terminal in Oxie. Our terminals receive packages daily that need to be sorted and delivered to our customers, as well as packages that need to be transshipped and sent to other cities.

The entire process needs to be led so that everything flows as it should, and this is where our Operations Coordinators come in. The role description includes, among other things:

• Ensure that operations proceed during day, evening, and weekend hours without hindrance

• Carefully ensure that goods come in and out of the terminal according to schedule.

• Lead the staff so that the various sorting and loading processes go according to plan

• Work according to set KPIs to ensure productivity and quality

• The job is full-time and shifts may vary between 05:45-23:15 according to the schedule throughout the week.

• You have experience in warehousing or logistics.

• You are a strong team player who enjoys collaboration.

• You have a knack for leading staff groups in operational work and are good at communicating and giving feedback.

• You enjoy working physically with your body.

• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• You have a B driver's license. Other qualifications are a plus.

The position as Operations Coordinator is fundamentally a driving position with a responsibility supplement that runs according to agreement.
