About the hotel:

City Hotel is a 3-star hotel located in central Jönköping, part of the GCCH hotel group. Just 250 meters from Lake Vättern and Jönköping Central Station, the hotel has welcomed guests since 1963 and is part of the Best Western chain.

Job Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities as a hotel staff member include standard reception duties such as check-in and check-out. You will answer the phone, enter bookings, process payments, and similar tasks.

Your duties will also include assisting colleagues with all tasks related to breakfast and cleaning. At the hotel, we all work together and always collaborate between departments.

Currently, the night staff has the main responsibility of preparing for breakfast.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented with a great passion for service and, above all, has a positive and professional attitude towards our guests.

You should be flexible, enjoy working in a team while also being able to work independently, as you often work alone at the reception. It is a plus if you like to keep your surroundings clean and tidy.
