Carotte has been part of the Jönköping service and event scene for a while now, and we continue to grow. Therefore, we are looking for more fantastic service stars who want to deliver world-class service together with us – in our own operations at Werket, with our clients around Jönköping, at events, in bars, and much more!

We are looking for flexible, driven, and service-oriented employees who want to be part of our team in Jönköping. The work is varied and includes assignments in our operations at Werket, but also with several different clients and partners around Jönköping.

Right now, we have an extra high demand for event and bar staff, but we are also looking for those who enjoy classic serving, conference service, and catering. Our assignments range from corporate events, banquets, and after works to restaurants, bars, coworking environments, and larger events.

As part of Carotte, you will work with a broad client portfolio and have the opportunity to be where the action is. Regardless of the assignment, the focus is always the same – to create professional, personal, and memorable service.

You are a positive and engaged person who always strives to deliver experiences beyond the ordinary, with an unpretentious attitude and a good mood. As one of our Carotte stars, you take responsibility, are flexible, and easily adapt to new situations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate smoothly with colleagues, and interact with both guests and staff in a professional and personal manner. Today, Carotte consists of three companies: Food & Event, Housekeeping, and Staff, with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Jönköping. Together, we create comprehensive solutions for everything related to food, meetings, and service, from exclusive dinners and grand events to the everyday service that makes people feel at home.
