About the position I am a social man in my 50s living with my wife in Kungsängen. Due to progressive MS, I am wheelchair-bound and need help with most daily activities. I grew up on a farm in Småland and have a great love for the forest and nature. I am described as cheerful and easy-going and appreciate a pleasant atmosphere around me.

The positions are for approximately 30 hours a week with scheduled working hours distributed over day, evening, and night shifts, according to a fixed schedule. We see it as a positive if you are also flexible and can step in as needed, for example, in case of another assistant's absence.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 11:00 AM - 11:00 AM (the following day), Mon-Sun. There is approximately 5.5 hours of waiting time/night and double assistance occurs about 3 hours/day. 

About the client My daily life consists of walks, meeting friends, exercising, and spending time with my family. Peace and quiet are important to me, and I enjoy a good movie now and then. During the spring and summer, I spend a lot of time at our summer house in Småland, and the work may then be located there. About you We are looking for someone who shares my love for nature and appreciates the tranquility found in the woods and fields. You are a calm, secure, and attentive person who can step into the role of personal assistant. Discretion, reliability, and the ability to listen to my wishes are crucial. You can be social but also retreat to the assistant room when I wish it. 

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you who are applying for this position are a responsible, flexible, and cooperative person. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as a candidate and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection. It is required that you

• Hold a B driver's license and have driving experience (you will be driving the client's car),
• Are smoke-free (and preferably tobacco-free),
• Master the Swedish language well in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience working in healthcare,
• Can travel for work,
• Have access to your own car. 

Scope: Part-time.  Number of positions: 2. Start date: By agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible.  Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
