We are now looking for a meticulous and technically interested Validation Technician/Service Technician to join our team in Gothenburg.

About the role of Validation Technician/Service Technician As a Validation Technician/Service Technician with us, you will have a varied role where you are responsible for ensuring that dental equipment functions optimally. You will perform annual checks and validations, where you plan and schedule visits to our customers. If necessary, you will troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as handle installations and service. The role involves a lot of customer contact, both during bookings and during the actual validation visits. When you are not out in the field, you will work with documentation and planning. The position requires travel within Västra Götaland, Halland, and Värmland, which means a driver's license is a requirement.

… enjoys a varied role where both technology and customer contact are in focus! You are meticulous, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented. We believe you have:

• Experience in service and technology – electrical knowledge is a big plus.

• An interest in IT and hardware as well as the ability to work with basic programs.

• A driver's license and the ability to plan your workdays independently.

• Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English.
