You are passionate about technology and technical solutions, learn quickly, and have broad knowledge with a core in control systems and how technical solutions interact and are controlled.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for one of Sweden's largest and most complex infrastructure projects, Citybanan in Stockholm. In this role, you will work closely with operations and maintenance and be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability in complex facilities.
Citybanan is a complex railway facility in central Stockholm consisting of a new 6-kilometer-long commuter train tunnel, with a parallel service and rescue tunnel, under the city, as well as two new stations, Stockholm City and Odenplan.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be a key person in our team where you will have both strategic and operational responsibilities. We have offices in Farsta or Solna.
You will drive improvement work and optimize maintenance processes in close collaboration with clients, project managers, operations staff, and external suppliers.

Together with our companies in the group, Elektrosignal Infra AB is the largest player in the expansion of the new subway in Stockholm – which gives you unique opportunities to work in diverse projects, industries, and technical environments.
We are looking for someone who has:
- University or college education of 180 credits (120 points) in electrical engineering, property technology, water technology, or ventilation, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in production planning in digital systems.
- Good experience in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
- Several years of experience working with control and regulation technology in electrical systems and understanding of SCADA interfaces.
- In-depth knowledge of control equipment such as PLC (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal), digital/analog signals, sensors, transmitters, actuators, etc.
- Understanding of the facility's technical documentation and FU plans.
- Ability to work with both local control systems and overarching SCADA systems – troubleshooting, alarm management, parameter adjustments, and trend analysis.
- Solid experience in troubleshooting via programming tools - Siemens TIA Portal.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
- Driving license B.
