Assemblin El is one of Sweden's largest players in security. They work with everything from design and construction to installation, service, and maintenance of security technical systems. Their assignments span new production, renovation, industry, public sector, and authorities with security protection agreements. Within security at Assemblin El, there are opportunities for you as a technician, designer, or project manager to work in technology-related roles with clear responsibilities – in projects that require both precision and a holistic perspective. The operations are conducted locally with strong teams, but with the strength of a nationwide organization.

We are now looking for several technicians with a background in the security industry for several of their offices!

Job responsibilities

As a security technician, you will be responsible for the entire process in security projects – from installation, programming, and commissioning to troubleshooting, documentation, and servicing security systems in service and contract projects. In this role, you will work independently and closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver solutions that work in practice. Your task is to plan your efforts according to the needs of the assignment and ensure that the work follows the company's guidelines, policies, and business plan. As a security technician, you have the mandate to make decisions in your daily work and should never perform tasks that cannot be done safely. You are an important part of our systematic work environment efforts and report risks and incidents. You report to the project manager or nearest supervisor depending on how the organization is structured where you work.

We are looking for someone who has a strong security mindset, is meticulous in their work, and enjoys solving problems together with others. To thrive in this role, you need to be able to plan your work proactively and act commercially to create value for both the customer and us.

• Responsible for the entire process from installation, programming, and commissioning to troubleshooting, documentation, and servicing security systems in service and contract projects
• Independent work in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Plan work according to the needs of the assignment and ensure that the work follows applicable guidelines, policies, and business plans
• Mandate to make decisions in daily work to ensure quality in results

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• High school or post-secondary education in electrical, technology, alarm, security, data, telecommunications, or IT
• Experience in installation work for fire, burglary, access control, and/or CCTV
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MagiCAD, and ElproCAD
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

As part of the recruitment process, a credit check will be conducted and an extract from the criminal record will be requested. For final candidates, a security clearance will also be conducted. During employment, checks are regularly made in corresponding systems by both Assemblin El and their customers.

The position is advertised during the summer, where Bravura conducts phone screenings and interviews on an ongoing basis. In weeks 32-33, the selection will be followed up with Assemblin El, who will start meeting candidates from week 34.
