About the position

We are now looking for you who are a Facility Technician and who, with curiosity and commitment, are ready to take on your next challenge. As a Facility Technician at Newsec, you will work both independently and in a team at your assigned properties. Your task is to participate in both the daily and planned property operations. You will work with energy and operational optimization, supervision, troubleshooting, and repairs of technical installations within heating, ventilation, monitoring systems, as well as control and regulation. The role includes creating and maintaining good relationships with the customer by being accommodating and professional.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Facility Technician education from a vocational college or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience working as a Facility Technician
• Good knowledge of control and regulation as well as monitoring systems
• Good communication skills in Swedish and basic knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Overall computer skills
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Certificates for Hot Work, fall protection, facility manager fire alarm, or facility manager sprinkler.

As a person, you are curious, outgoing, and have a high sense of service as the role involves a lot of contact with tenants and customers. You collaborate well with others, are flexible, and skilled at planning and structuring your work. Furthermore, you are self-driven, have good analytical skills, and a positive attitude towards solving problems.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probationary period of the first 6 months. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
