We are now looking for an experienced occupational therapist for our operations at Tullkvarnsvägen in Krokom.

Here you will work:

Together with a physiotherapist colleague, you will form the rehab unit at Tullkvarnvägen's special housing and short-term accommodation.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of occupational therapist, you will have your own responsibility to perform occupational therapy-based interventions within elderly care. Your work focuses on supporting the elderly individual in both physical and cognitive challenges. You will work both independently and in a team, by performing functional and activity assessments as well as leading training activities. Additionally, it includes trial-adapting and prescribing aids, as well as instructing, delegating, and mentoring nursing staff. You will also collaborate closely with other professional groups such as physiotherapists, nurses, and other occupational therapists. Furthermore, it includes reporting on the individual’s activity ability at care planning meetings.

• Licensed occupational therapist
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
