WHAT

As a customer service representative with us, you will be a central part of our team, where you will handle customer contacts and administrative tasks daily to ensure the highest possible service. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling various amounts of phone calls per day, providing guidance and support to patients and customers.
• Working with multiple communication channels such as chat, email, insurance matters, health-related questions, electronic image transfer, mail handling, and fax.
• Administrative tasks such as CD burning, registration, system monitoring, and case management.
• The opportunity to work with automation and digital development projects for customer service.
• A personal development plan that gives you a good opportunity to learn other parts of Customer Service and Unilabs.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

• Have a genuine interest in helping customers and solving their issues efficiently.
• Enjoy phone contact and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be self-driven, proactive, and responsible.
• Have good digital understanding and be comfortable with technical solutions.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to handle customer communication. Other Nordic languages are a plus.
• Work in a structured manner and easily adapt to changes.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00, located in Huvudsta, Solna. We apply a probationary period.
