We at the back restaurant Ripan in Trillevallen are looking for someone with a positive attitude who wants to join us this winter.  Here we work in a small team with a fast pace, happy guests, and magical views of the mountains.

THE ROLE As a restaurant assistant, you will help with everything from simple food preparation and dishwashing to cash handling and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.  We are convinced that you enjoy meeting people and going the extra mile to ensure our guests feel welcome after a day on the slopes.  Since this is a seasonal business, the pace is often high, especially during weekends, school holidays, and peak season. The role requires flexibility, resilience to stress, and good organizational skills. WHAT YOU GET - Salary by agreement - We apply collective agreements according to HRF - Liability insurance and occupational pension via Fora  - 3 positions are at 80%, with the possibility of working more (season). WHAT WE GET We are looking for someone who wants to help create wonderful guest experiences. You may have previously worked in restaurants or other service professions. You are a good team player who sees opportunities to develop within this exciting industry. We place great importance on personality and the ability to find solutions. - Accommodation is available. - A car and driver's license are advantageous but not required. ABOUT US Trillevallen is a family and generational paradise, where many return year after year. The back restaurant Ripan is located in the middle of the slopes with space for 125 people, featuring a cozy lounge area, a warming fireplace, and a sun terrace with views of the mountain ranges to the south. Here, we serve the daily skier's lunch, pizza, and coffee, and we are open as long as the lifts are open from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (5:00 PM on Saturdays). On Fridays, we host pizza nights.
