We are looking for a nurse for our ASiH team in Täby, Danderyd, Vallentuna, Vaxholm, and Österåker.

The entire operational area consists of ASiH teams based in Täby, Stockholm city center, and Norrtälje. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm. We have close collaboration between the teams, but your placement will primarily be at ASiH Forenede Care in Täby.

We have extensive experience in palliative care and advanced home healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to work in a knowledgeable workgroup with an established team collaboration. Who are you?

Job Responsibilities

Standard duties as a nurse in palliative care and advanced home healthcare. The work is done in collaboration with doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. All professions participate in the planning around the patient.

• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• REQUIREMENTS: Driver's license B 

Meritorious

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in palliative care, oncology care, or district nursing. Experience in similar operations is meritorious. We see that you have an interest in palliative care.

Working hours/Duration

Permanent employment 75-80%, working hours can be discussed.
