About the "client company"

DFDS Professionals is currently seeking CE drivers for assignments with our sister company DFDS Logistics Services AB – a transport company specializing in deliveries to the automotive sector. The company is located in Arendal, Gothenburg, and operates around the clock six days a week. DFDS Logistics Services has approximately 250 full-time employees and a fleet of around 300 units, including about 80 heavy trucks and 220 trailers. 

About the position

As a driver at DFDS Professionals, you will be responsible for freight transport for our client. Your main tasks include loading, driving, and unloading goods. The transports can vary from shorter trips to longer drives depending on the nature of the assignment.

The position is shift-based and operates in the Gothenburg region, with work shifts that can be scheduled at any time of the day.

About you

To succeed as a truck driver in this role, you need to be a stable and responsible driver with a strong focus on traffic safety and vehicle condition. Since you will often be in contact with customers, it is important that you have good service skills and enjoy interacting with people. You should also be self-driven, structured, and have good teamwork skills. The role requires you to work efficiently and keep schedules. Flexibility is an important trait, both regarding work schedules, tasks, and sometimes being able to take assignments with other clients.

 Requirements for the position

• CE license
• Valid tachograph card
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Forklift license A+B (meritorious)
• ADR certification (meritorious)

Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us DFDS Professionals to perform work in client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.

We of course have collective agreements. We care about your health and offer, among other things, wellness grants, discounts on gym memberships, etc. To ensure your safety, you are also covered by insurance and occupational health services.
