We are looking for an On-Site Service Coordinator who wants to take the lead in driving operational excellence alongside six dedicated support technicians in Västerås. This role is more than just IT support – it’s about leading a high-performing team that is key to our global IT operations.

In this key role, you will:

• Ensure high service quality and continuous improvement.
• Participate in global IT projects and implement new technologies.
• Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and corporate procedures.

Your profile:

• Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a user-centered approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Committed to personal and team development.
