As a bartender with us at O’Learys Karlstad, your main responsibilities will be to serve our guests at the bar. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests based on their preferences and providing them with a wonderful experience through friendly service and a hundred percent commitment. With us, you will work as part of a team and collaborate with both serving staff and other bartender colleagues, and together you will be responsible for creating a pleasant and fun environment.

We are looking for someone who

Is flexible in their work and has a good ability to handle stress and can adapt to changing situations without difficulty. You are detail-oriented and believe that the details are important for achieving high quality. You are attentive and aware of what is happening around you. As a bartender with us, you are part of a cheerful and wonderful team, so we see that you are a team player who can help create a strong team and a good atmosphere. We expect you to have previous experience as a bartender and that you are at least 18 years old.

O'Learys Karlstad is more than just a restaurant. It is an entertainment center that, in addition to a love for sports, food, drinks, and a good atmosphere, serves as a meeting place with activities and entertainment every day of the week. In addition to our extensive range of activities for both large and small, we also offer live events and concerts with some of Sweden's biggest DJs, bands, and artists.

We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience in similar roles.
