Location: Kinnared & Hyltebruk, as an employee at Gnotec, work at both sites may occur. Scope: Full-time Working hours: Main working hours two shifts. Night, weekend, and day shifts may occur.  Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement About the role As a Machine Operator at Gnotec, you will be a key person in production – where technical knowledge, precision, and responsibility go hand in hand. You will work with operating and monitoring our machines, ensuring that production flows efficiently and keeping an eye on both speed and quality.

An important part of the role involves performing regular maintenance and simple quality checks, as well as documenting operations and any deviations. The work can be physically demanding at times and requires that you enjoy being active and present in production.

You also play an important role in developing your technical skills and actively contributing to a safe and quality-conscious work environment. Following the company's routines and instructions is a given – but we also appreciate your input in improving them.

About you We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are flexible, enjoy taking on varied tasks, and can easily switch between different tasks without losing focus.

You are resilient and solution-oriented, while never compromising on quality or safety. You work in a structured manner and have a clear and adaptable communication style that works in contact with different people and roles.

In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you have:

• High school diploma
• At least two years of experience in production
• Forklift license
• Computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
