The company continues to grow and we are now looking for a:

Developable Salesperson  We are looking for someone with some technical education or experience. You are technically interested and willing to learn new things. We also welcome female applicants! The position: In the role of Developable Salesperson, you will work independently with customers, which means you are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting, sales presentation, and quotes to follow-up. You will have the opportunity to develop step by step into a very professional representative for the company and our products.

Your sales district covers Sweden with a focus on Mälardalen, Gothenburg, and Malmö regions. Initially, there will be several overnight stays until you have built up your relationships and customer base, but normally about 10-20 nights per year. With 1 or a maximum of 2 overnight stays, you can visit most of our customers.

A personal customer visit can later be complemented with follow-up meetings online. There is an opportunity to work one day a week from home if you are not on a customer visit.

You always have a strong and experienced team behind you, with very good technical knowledge to assist you, which will ensure that both you and the customers will have successful collaborations.

Experience and personal qualities: You need to possess some technical competence, either through education or several years of experience in, for example, electrical engineering, control and regulation, or automation. As a person, you are self-driven, engaged, with good structure and planning. It is important that you are experienced enough to understand that this work involves a lot of independent information gathering. One should simply be proactive and create success through active sales work.

You will also be offered further training within the company, which may include: Product knowledge, finding new prospects, booking visits, quotes, or follow-up. The company is located in pleasant premises in Länna in southern Stockholm.
