Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys customer contact and wants to work in a role where you can help customers and work with sales? Memira by Bergman Clinics is now looking for an engaged and driven employee for our Sales & Service department in Sweden. The position is a temporary contract for about a year.

The team has joint responsibility for incoming and outgoing calls to and from Memira's customers. You should enjoy daily customer contact where you both assist customers with inquiries and work with the sale of Memira's products and services. Responsibilities

As part of our Sales & Service team, you will have daily contact with Memira's customers, primarily via phone. This involves contacting customers to conduct an initial screening before a booked preliminary examination, receiving incoming inquiries, and working with sales.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming calls and assisting customers via phone
• Making outgoing calls to customers who want to come for a preliminary examination
• Basic support issues
• Providing quality service based on customer needs
• Following up and managing customer service cases

You will work closely with your colleagues as we constantly strive for a high level of service to provide our customers with the best possible experience.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is customer- and solution-oriented. You are a positive person motivated by working towards results and enjoy a role where customer contact is a natural part of everyday life. Furthermore, you are a team player with good communication skills who is not afraid to take the initiative for improvement and development of tasks. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
