We are now looking for Customer Advisors for our Finnish Customer Onboarding team in the Personal Loan Department. At Personal Loans, you are surrounded by competent colleagues, a great community, and supportive leadership.
About the role:
You will be part of our Customer Onboarding team, whose main task is to handle incoming calls from potential customers and partners, as well as to reach out to customers who have an ongoing loan application with us. The Customer Onboarding team currently consists of about 50 people, working both full-time and part-time across all our markets: Sweden, Norway, and Finland. In this role, you will work towards our Finnish market.
As a Customer Advisor within Customer Onboarding, you will handle both incoming and outgoing calls. You will assist customers in making loan applications over the phone, answer questions from customers with an existing application, respond to insurance inquiries from customers, help customers submit any additional documents needed for applications, and provide technical support related to the application. The goal of the outgoing calls is to "seal the deal" with customers who have an ongoing loan application while ensuring that the customer is satisfied with our offer.
There will also be some email handling, but the role itself is phone-based, and therefore we are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and sees each call as an opportunity to help! To thrive in the role of Customer Advisor, we believe you need to have an interest in sales and enjoy working towards set goals.
Good to know:
When you start this position, you will undergo a training program lasting 3-4 weeks, which will be conducted full-time at the office. During these weeks, we encourage you to participate in the training as much as possible to ensure you have the best conditions and learning experience. During this period, we prefer that you schedule your studies for evenings and weekends, but of course, it is fine for you to participate in mandatory school activities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work part-time for at least 1-2 years and has another main occupation of at least 50% during this time.
- Speaks and writes fluently in Finnish as well as Swedish and English.
- Has experience in service roles, preferably from retail, restaurants, travel companies, phone work, sales, or similar; we will teach you the rest!
- Is motivated by a role with clear sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
To thrive and perform well in the role, we believe you need to be
- Service-oriented & communicative: You have the ability to listen and understand people's various needs while being able to express yourself pedagogically in contact with others.
- Results-oriented: You are driven to achieve concrete results and goals, such as sales targets.
- Solution-oriented: You have the ability to identify solutions to various problems.
- Flexible: You can adapt to different situations that arise at work and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business.
In addition to this, it is important for us that you identify with our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate, and we take the lead. Practical information Start: By agreement Location: Gävlegatan 22, Stockholm. Possibility to work from home to some extent in the long term. Employment type: Specific fixed-term employment Scope: As needed, about 2 days a week and more during absences Salary: The salary for this position is in the range of 150-170 SEK/hour and is determined individually based on relevant knowledge, experience, and education.
