About the position

We are currently looking for more assistants for a 20-year-old boy living just outside Visby. We welcome both female and male applicants for this position. Our boy needs personal assistance with all daily life activities, and assistance is required around the clock.

He is a cheerful, active, and social person with a positive attitude towards life, which he wants to live on his own terms. That's where you come in as an assistant to help brighten his day.

Assistive devices include, among others, wheelchair, electric wheelchair, and ceiling lift. Introduction and guidance for you as an assistant will be ongoing.

About you:

If you enjoy an active lifestyle and thrive at work when things are happening, there are good opportunities for a match with this client. It is an advantage but not a requirement that you have experience in care and support, as personal suitability is crucial.

Requirements: Not allergic to pets or afraid of dogs. Physically strong as heavy lifting is involved.

Working hours: Day shifts during the week are currently scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00. Evening shifts from 16:00 to 20:00. Weekends 09:00 to 21:00 and 10:00 to 18:00. Night shifts and also full days can be booked in.

Scope: 2 full-time positions. Part-time 50-100%. 1 substitute as needed.

Start date: By agreement, we would like you to have the opportunity to start introductory shifts/shadowing relatively soon.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
