OHB Sweden is one of the leading players in the space industry. Our facility includes advanced cleanroom environments that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To ensure continued high standards, we are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to work alongside our current Facility Manager.
Responsibilities
As a Facility Manager, you will support the Facility Manager in the overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and development of our technical facilities in our offices and cleanrooms, with a particular focus on the cleanroom environment.
You will:
- Ensure that the cleanroom meets all cleanliness, temperature, airflow, and pressure requirements.
- Ensure that cleanroom alarms and fire protection meet standards.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, installations (e.g., electrical and plumbing), and inspections of the property and cleanroom.
- Be responsible for external suppliers and service agreements.
- Act as the main contact for the landlord regarding the property, energy, and parking.
- Participate in on-call duty to ensure 24/7 operation.
- Contribute to improvement work and energy efficiency.
- Be responsible for gas ordering and handling, hazardous waste, waste management.
- Perform janitorial tasks in the office to ensure that common areas are well-maintained and in good condition.
- Act as a backup for goods reception and storage.
- Establish documentation of property and work routines.
- Plan and implement new office spaces as needed.
- Collaborate closely with HR for future office occupancy issues and planning when expanding office space.
- Work closely with HR, production, quality, IT, and security teams.
Qualifications
- Technical education at the university level or equivalent experience.
- Experience in implementing technical solutions “hands-on” and practical management.
- At least 3 years of experience in property management, preferably within cleanrooms, pharmaceuticals, electronics, or similar industries.
- Good knowledge of technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, control systems).
- Experience working according to ISO standards, ADR 1.3, and environmental laws is an advantage.
- Good communication skills internally and externally.
- Fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form.
- Driver's license B.
- Forklift license.
