JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work at various locations in the municipality where you collaborate with colleagues. Daily cleaning of floors, walls, and furnishings using the cleaning method of cleaning mops in the city's properties (offices, preschools, schools, gymnasiums, etc.).
You choose which days and times you want to be available for work. Through the booking tool Time Care Pool, you will be booked for work via SMS. As a part-time employee with us, you can work varying lengths of shifts per day and different amounts per week. The extent depends on the needs of the operation and the absence of regular staff. To ensure continuity in our operations, we see that you can work at least three days a week.
As a cleaner, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive cleaning in accordance with cleaning instructions. You work both alone and in a group. Upon employment, there will be an overview of the cleaning assignments and booking for shadowing and introduction.
QUALIFICATIONS
To work as a substitute with us, you need:
- A valid criminal record check
- To understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
- Basic digital skills
- To be at least 18 years old
We are looking for someone with a cleaning education or experience in cleaning in public environments. It is important that you work effectively under stress, can balance different demands, and remain calm in difficult situations. You distinguish between the matter and the person and can make well-founded decisions under time pressure, as well as take initiative and responsibility for the work to progress, whether you work alone or together with others.
You should have a good ability to receive cleaning instructions through writing and speech in Swedish. Therefore, as a substitute, you need to master Swedish in both speech and writing. You should have the ability to prioritize and adapt your working methods according to the needs of the operation.
