We at TP Nordic are looking for Swedish-speaking stars to join our team in Stockholm!

You will work in a team handling customer service for a well-known tech company in the finance industry.

About the position:

The position is full-time and involves handling incoming calls from customers. You will analyze their problems and solve them quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically. Previous experience with various types of software and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is an advantage. The role allows you to develop your skills in problem-solving, clear communication, goal-oriented work, and collaboration. Experiences that are valuable for the future! You will work from our office in Solna, Stockholm.

Working hours:

Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00

Saturday-Sunday 10:00-17:00

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed high school with a full diploma
  • Takes customer service seriously and enjoys interacting with people over the phone
  • Has good IT skills
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

You remain calm even in stressful situations, are mature, and genuinely interested in helping others. Your empathetic ability allows you to understand others' situations.
