About the position

We are looking for driven, social, and service-oriented individuals who want to work extra in the event and restaurant industry.

Carotte Staff collaborates with a range of players in the hospitality industry, from grand banquets and fairs to elegant à la carte restaurants and exclusive corporate events. You control how much you want to work, and we offer both day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We offer a combination of high-class service with fast-paced and fun workdays. Right now, we are looking for someone who loves meeting people, is solution-oriented, and thrives in a changing environment. With us, you will have the opportunity to work at some of Gothenburg's most well-known restaurants, hotels, events, and banquet halls.

Examples of tasks:

• Classic à la carte serving with a strong focus on quality and details
• Service at events, fairs, catering, and banquets
• Bar, beverage service, and simple cocktails
• Welcome guests, take orders, and create a memorable experience

What can a workday look like?

It varies a lot, which is part of the charm! One day you might be at an exclusive restaurant serving a three-course meal, the next day you could be staffing a VIP event or assisting at a grand banquet. Regardless of the assignment, your role is to deliver world-class personal service.

Working hours vary depending on customer requests. We see that you have another main occupation and want a fun part-time job. We do not set any requirements on how much you must work, but we would like you to work somewhat continuously.

We are looking for someone who: 

Has previous experience in serving and is passionate about delivering first-class service. You are a social and solution-oriented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality. With a natural smile and an unpretentious attitude, you tackle each task with energy and commitment. You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

About Carotte Academy

At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free multi-step training program. In the introductory training, you will receive the theoretical and practical basic knowledge required to work in service at Carotte Staff. Everyone who works with us needs to complete the first step of our training.
