Acceptus is looking for a senior consultant on behalf of a client to develop and secure the management's core processes related to planning, implementation, and follow-up of the operational plan, as well as the management's deliveries to the board;
- Ensure that the management's operations are conducted in line with the established operational plan
- Develop a new operational model for care and social services within the municipal responsibility.
Mandatory requirements for the consultant's competence and experience
- Extensive experience with Stratsys – including work with planning, implementation, and follow-up of operational planning in Stratsys and having worked in the role of systems specialist or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in municipal care and social services – particularly related to operational development, implementation, and follow-up of operational plans.
- Documented experience in developing and implementing new working methods within care and social services in a municipal context, including anchoring and change management in line organization.
- Ability to challenge established working methods and contribute to operational development through, for example:
- information-driven development
- digital solutions
- use of AI and business intelligence
